STAY HYDRATED: to avoid overeating.
It is a known fact that most of the time we think we are hungry, chances are we are really only thirsty. Studies show that if you drink water prior to eating, wait 10 minutes after drinking the water you will eat much smaller portions. This is because the water will fill that void that feels like hunger but is really just thirst. Most of us rarely drink enough water daily and our bodies try to tell us that we are thirsty but we fill it with food instead of water.8-‐10 glasses a day is the norm. If you are drinking less than that try filling up your glass first thing in the morning with water and drink all throughout the day. If you start this routine now, you will be so satisfied from drinking water that you won’t look forward for unwanted eating.
